About Me

S & Z Capital & Development, LLC, is a real estate investment and development company based in Brooklyn, New York. Founded by Partners Solomon Steinlauf and Zeev Sandman in 2005, S & Z Capital & Development leads the real estate field. The partners offer over 30 years of combined experience in acquisition, management, and brokerage of New York real estate, as well as in rehabilitation and development of various properties.

A veteran of the real estate industry, Solomon Steinlauf served more than 17 years as a top producing property broker and REO specialist before forming S & Z Capital & Development. Zeev Sandman draws on 14 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before helping found the company, he worked as a Real Estate Agent in commercial and residential markets. A graduate of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, he holds a degree in urban planning.

S & Z Capital & Development maintains an in-house construction and remodeling crew who can quickly renovate and upgrade acquired properties to reflect the style and elegance often associated with city living. Known for high standards and quality properties, S & Z Capital & Development manages commercial and residential buildings in Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

Focusing on underperforming, quality real estate, S & Z Capital & Development seeks to acquire such properties, execute upgrades to revitalize the buildings, and recapture profitability and usability. S & Z Capital & Development’s team presently focuses on emerging locations, as well as areas currently experiencing their prime.
