An experienced and learned professional, Lisa Bertoncin has spent 15 years in customer service, management, and education. Lisa Bertoncin earned a Master’s degree in Educational Theater from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Theater from Montclair State University in New Jersey. At both institutions, she achieved dean’s list honors. At NYU, she earned membership to the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education.

Lisa Bertoncin’s professional endeavors include time spent as a veterinary assistant and as a manager. She acquired a number of skills to assist veterinarians, including understanding how to administer fluids and medications, evaluate vital signs, and implement infection control measures. As a manager, she followed the hiring process from start to finish, managed employees, and prepared payroll on a weekly basis.

Outside of work, Lisa Bertoncin supports animals by volunteering and fostering through the Monmouth County SPCA and Jersey Shore Animal Shelter. She also contributes to clothing drives in support of animal shelters. Lisa Bertoncin also pursues her interest in animals by serving as a dog walker and pet sitter. She donates regularly to The Salvation Army and Goodwill Industries International and participates in a yearly breast cancer awareness event. In her free time, Ms. Bertoncin makes pottery, plays golf and billiards, and designs jewelry.
