Mr. Jesse Gilliland has been a professional real estate appraiser for over 25 years. While working from his home state of Tennessee, Jesse Gilliland has appraised properties for Institutional Investors and government agencies. Jesse Gilliland utilizes a wide range of resources when appraising property values, including on-line Realtracs, MLS on-line county tax records, the State of Tennessee assessment data and another tax/sales service, Courthouse Retrieval System. Today as the proprietor of the eponymous Gilliland & Associates, Jesse Gilliland applies his career knowledge to his own enterprise. Gilliland applies all of his time and energy towards the appraisal of residential properties, primarily for mortgage companies and banks. Those entities, in turn, will use the valuable information Mr. Gilliland compiled to form accurate mortgage scenarios. Jesse Gilliland attended high school in Madison, Tennessee, graduating from Madison High School. Over the next several years Jesse Gilliland worked towards completion of his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in 1980. Jesse Gilliland retains a high degree of working knowledge through ongoing education classes and seminars geared towards the appraisal profession. Professionally, Mr. Gilliland is a Member of the National Association of Realtors and the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
