Suzanne LaTour launched her career as a student through the State University of New York system. Upon receipt of her Bachelor of Science degree, she began her employ with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in financial services. She gained invaluable experience at Morgan Stanley and worked her way toward several accreditations, including designation as a Certified Financial Planner. Ms. LaTour completed a management development program and took several corporate courses such as estate planning, managed money, 401(k) and retirement planning, and financial planning, all of which prepared her to be a successful asset manager. Through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Suzanne LaTour completed the Senior Consultant Program and earned accreditation as a Certified Investment Management Analyst. Currently, Ms. LaTour works at Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Advisor.
In conjunction with her efforts as an asset manager, Suzanne LaTour has been heavily involved in volunteering and civic engagement. Ms. LaTour served on the Board of San Diego Downtown YMCA and held an advisory position for the philanthropic arm of the San Diego Foundation.
