Ari Glass graduated with honors from Queens College in New York. He began his career as an associate with Prudential Securities and then joined Coopers & Lybrand as a senior associate. After seven years with Intrepid, Ari Glass became the President of Platinum Management. In his two-plus years with the fund, they managed $750 million in investments. At Platinum Management, Glass specialized in investing in niche asset classes. He recruited talented traders and co-managed risks and assets for the firm.
In 2008, Platinum spun off Paine Heights Management, LLC. Glass served as President of Paine Heights, which managed a special-opportunity hedge fund, investing in SPACs. Paine Heights has also made a successful investment in the New Jersey Solar Energy Space and reviewed investments in tax liens and non-performing bank loans.

She was promoted to Group Sales Manager shortly thereafter. She was responsible for managing a staff of five employees, and instituted incentives and rewards for employees once they reached specific revenue goals. After a number of years in this position, Murphy received a promotion to Group Publisher. In her new role, she worked to improve the incentives for the sales staff further in order to increase the overall profit for the company. She also collaborated with trade shows and expos to promote the firm and its clients.
In 1998, Colleen Murphy used her experience with Adams Business Media to form her own independent consulting firm, Millennium Marketing Group, and contracted to her former employer as the Midwest Advertising Independent Representative. She consulted with clients to enhance their advertising in print and online media outlets and thus improve their visibility in the marketplace. On average, Murphy had a 17 percent yearly increase in revenue while managing her own firm.
In 2009, Colleen Murphy switched gears and accepted a position as Midwest Sales Executive for CPC Pathology in Arlington Heights, Illinois, where she worked to expand the client base for her employer. During that time, she increased annual sales by more than 20 percent and significantly improved the branding of the lab.
Most recently, Murphy has worked as an Independent Representative for CryoPen, Inc., presenting the latest technology in cryosurgical systems to physicians.
