Dubernia Bales

About Me

As CEO of Zone Engineering, Inc., a Nevada-based civil engineering company, Dubernia Bales has worked on a wide variety of projects. After graduating from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mr. Bales worked for several employers in Las Vegas. He held responsibilities ranging from project design and management to conducting technical drainage studies for communities, parks, and local businesses.

Dubernia Bales started his career with G.C. Wallace, Inc., before moving on to Martin & Martin Civil Engineers and Lochsa Engineering. At both Martin & Martin and Lochsa, he functioned as Project Manager, overseeing projects and preparing plans and studies. Mr. Bales subsequently worked for the City of North Las Vegas, conducting technical studies and creating civil improvement plans.

From 1999 to 2004, Dubernia Bales served as Project Manager of Stantec Consulting Inc., overseeing civil engineering and design. Mr. Bales was the primary point of contact for area home builders, including KB Home and Cortona Residential Community. In addition, Dubernia Bales supervised engineering teams of up to 25.

By 2005, Dubernia Bales had developed the expertise to establish his own engineering company. He is now the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Zone Engineering, headquartered in Las Vegas. Mr. Bales works with agencies at every level of government, as well as clients in the private sector. Dubernia Bales saves his clients money by providing high-quality, cost-effective engineering services.
He is responsible for managing and coordinating every project. An expert in land development, technical drainage studies, traffic studies, and master planning, Dubernia Bales belongs to the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is licensed in the states of Nevada, Florida, and Arizona.
