With global healthcare services coverage at the forefront of his professional responsibilities, financial expert Charles Ditkoff works through Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) to improve the economic aspects of medical management. With over a decade of relevant experience working with companies including New York City's Morgan Stanley and the former Credit Suisse First Boston, Charlie Ditkoff recently gained promotion to the position of Vice Chairman of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) division. Charlie Ditkoff joined BAML in 1999 as a Managing Director for the corporation's coverage of healthcare service distributors and providers, and was given responsibility for all of GCIB's healthcare services coverage in 2003.

After obtaining his J.D. from Yale Law School, Charlie Ditkoff pursued a career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. During his five-year career as a Corporate Securities Lawyer for one of America's leading law firms, Charlie Ditkoff represented underwriters and issuers of financial offerings both in the United States and worldwide. Later, Banc of America Securities LLC gained leading mergers and acquisitions market share under the direction of Charlie Ditkoff.

Continuing to play a positive role in the corporate and investment banking division of the world's largest brokerage, Charlie Ditkoff maintains the utmost in respect and integrity while assisting clients around the globe with financial healthcare coverage issues. In recognition of his considerable contributions to his field, Charlie Ditkoff received honorable mention in a 2007 feature in Dealmaker ranking the most influential figures in mergers and acquisitions. The magazine acknowledged Charlie Ditkoff for advising a $6 billion business acquisition and a $2.4 billion leveraged recapitalization.

In addition to his legal education at Yale Law School, Charlie Ditkoff received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Charlie Ditkoff currently lives in Scarsdale, New York, where he cheers for the Rangers and Knicks. In his spare time, Charlie Ditkoff enjoys traveling, reading, and playing golf. He is married to Beth Ann Zarkin, and they have two daughters.
