A highly skilled and experienced supply chain management and business strategy expert, Brittain Ladd continues to stand out through his commitment to ongoing education and experience gained from working globally with clients. Brittain Ladd attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Pursuing studies in management and political science, he graduated with a BA in 1991. After several years in the workforce, Mr. Ladd undertook postgraduate studies in industrial management. He combined credits from Penn State in University Park, Pennsylvania, along with those he earned at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies in Flint, Michigan, in order to obtain his MBA. As before, he focused on industrial management. He finished the program in 2003, but did not wait until then to begin in order to take new courses to increase his knowledge.

While studying for his MBA, Brittain Ladd turned his sights toward the Six Sigma management program. In 2000, he earned Black Belt certification in Six Sigma and Quality at the University of Texas in Arlington. In the following year, Mr. Ladd added Black Belt and Lean certification in the same program at Air Academy Associates in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Following his return to Penn State in 2007, Brittain Ladd’s next goal was to earn a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management. He received his degree in 2009 while working in his current capacity at Capgemini Consulting. Mr. Ladd successfully met and exceeded the demands of both his career and the college program, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

At present, Brittain Ladd continues to work globally with current assignment in the Middle East and China. Mr. Ladd is also pursuing his third Master's degree, an MS in Merchandising, as part of a top five-university MS program sponsored by North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota. The program was selected due to its focus on product development, PLM, consumer analytics, merchandise assortment selection and planning, marketing, strategy, and retail operations. Upon completion of his Master's degree, Mr. Ladd plans to pursue advanced certifications in SAP and may possibly pursue a PhD, adding to his wealth of knowledge and educational accomplishments. Mr. Ladd’s focus on education and working globally, along with his management and leadership skills, continues to keep him in demand at companies around the world.
